Singapore: New Host of the 2014-2018 WTA Championships

Congrats to Singapore, the new home of the 2014-2018 WTA Championships. Player congrats from Serena Williams, Maria Sharapova, Sam Stosur & Caroline Wozniacki. For the first time in the 44-year history of the WTA Championships, a city in Asia-Pacific - Singapore - will host the prestigious year-end event which will take place October 17-26, 2014, and through 2018. The WTA has also launched the "Road To Singapore", a season long campaign in 2014 which will see the WTA stars through their journey from the beginning of the year to its culmination at the Championships in Singapore.
