Pochissimi ingredienti genuini per un risultato super squisito! L’impasto, a base di uova, latte, zucchero e farina, è reso ancora più morbido dal LIEVITO PANE DEGLI ANGELI, ed è arricchito dalla scorza di limone grattugiata che gli dona quel sapore e profumo inconfondibili. Se volete, potete sostituire alla scorza di limone della buccia d’arancia, oppure aggiungere della vaniglia. E come decorazione, niente di meglio dello Zucchero al Velo PANEANGELI. Questa ciambella dalla consistenza sofficissima e che si scioglie in bocca è ideale per la colazione o la merenda di tutti i giorni, accompagnata da una bella tazza di caffellatte o di tè caldo. Inoltre, conservata ben avvolta nella carta d’alluminio anche fuori dal frigo, mantiene la sua morbidezza e fragranza per giorni, ed è perfetta anche per la pausa spuntino a lavoro o a scuola!
