Large Field of View Macro Microscope

This video demonstrates our instrument setup and experimental procedures on the mouse brain. Macroscopic microscopy allows for the simultaneous recording of activity in various regions of the brain, giving the experimenter insight into how neuronal activity is coordinated during spontaneous and cognitive behaviors in mice.
