Hang Power Clean- Conditioning Set-up: Start with feet under hips. Bar is at the hips. Establish a hook grip. Execution: Depending on the load and rep scheme: keep torso tall and bend at the knees or Hinge at the Hip to bring shoulders over the bar. Aggressively extend at the hips, knees, and ankles. Shrug upwards and pull under the bar. Receive in a partial front squat with elbows in front of the bar. Stand with load to finish.
