Hi Everyone! With so much weighing on our hearts and minds, I've made this video to share with you a fun and extremely effective way to boost you and your family's immune system, mood, health, and energy levels at home. A great way to manage stress well too! My kids used to love bouncing on the tramp while being quizzed for tests - spelling, vocab, science, history...
Enjoy bouncing while watching TV, a movie, or the news, listening to music, on work breaks, while cooking... Start slow at a pace and intensity that feels good to you and fit it in when you can for 1 minute, 5-10 minutes, or 30 minutes... whatever feels best for your body and always following your doctor's recommendations.
Bouncing is fun and important for your immune system as well as your heart, lungs, and bone health! Bouncing is an ideal way to stimulate the production and activity of white blood cells and specialized white blood cells that destroy bacteria, viruses, and foreign proteins. Bouncing also keeps your lymph fluid flowing DETOXING your body of bacteria, viruses, cancer cells, toxins, and cellular waste.
There are lots of ways to bounce, and the mini tramp/rebounder has always been a favorite of mine and people I've worked with over the years.
If you're unable to be on a mini tramp, there are other options like jumping rope, skipping, jumping jack's, going upside down, dancing in the kitchen/ family room, bouncing on a fit ball or hoppity hop, jumping or lightly bouncing in place, qigong/tai chi, belly breathing, yoga, stretching with belly breathing, self-myofascial release techniques (Miracle Ball Method, Melt Method, Foam/Ball Rolling...), going upside down, lifting weights...
