Uncle Ben`s Rice is enriched parboiled long grain rice.
Uncle Ben`s Rice supports a healthy hearth, gluten free, enriched with vitamins & iron.
Cooking directions
Combine 2 cups rice,1 ½ cups water in a saucepan.
Bring to boil. Reduce heat medium-low and simmer covered 10 minutes.
Fry 1 onion, sliced, + 3garlic cloves, minced and 1 celery stalk, diced with 2 tablespoon butter.
Season with iodized salt, cayenne pepper, turmeric and cumin.
Add 1 cup tomato sauce and stir rice with it.
