An 88 YEAR OLD With Normal Blood Cholesterol.. Despite Eating 25 Eggs/Day

An 88 year old man who consumed 25 eggs a day for the best part of 15 years was found to have no history of stroke, heart or kidney disease. His ECG findings were all normal and what's more he was also found to have completely normal blood cholesterol levels. Eggs are some of the richest cholesterol sources out there, yet despite consuming roughly 5000mg of cholesterol (or 16x the RDI); this 88 year old man seemed to get by JUST FINE. In this video I explain why eating or consuming more cholesterol does not necessarily equate to having higher blood cholesterol levels and why you should be a little less worried about having an egg (or two ;) for breakfast each day.
