HTML5 Canvas For Beginners | More Canvas Drawing Methods

Hi Guys, Welcome to the second video to this series! In this video, I showcase 3 more HTML5 canvas drawing methods in order to prepare you for the next video, where we will be animating these basic shapes, all through the use of JavaScript. I show you how to use the fillRect() , arc() and fillText() methods in order to be able to draw rectangles, circles and text on the canvas. Once again, this is early stages for me on YouTube so just let me know if you would like me to improve on something via email at kiran@inteleyes.com or down in the comments section below. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Here are the assets I used to create my video (I also wondered how people make this type of stuff!): → The music I used in this video was 'Electric Joy Ride - Origin [NCS Release]' (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iScT5IfgG-Q) → I use Kdenlive as my video editor (free + open source) although it has a tendency to crash → I work and edit my videos - basically I do everything on - Ubuntu 18.10 → I use SimpleScreenRecorder to record my videos - I had a problem where this didn't work on Ubuntu on Wayland (which I didn't realise I was using!) so I needed to change the GUI manager to Ubuntu (login screen!)
