How to get the liberator monster truck GTA 5

If you can't hear me then these are the steps to take: go to sandy shores then go near the Los santos customs then go to the rebel radio station if you can't manage to find it then look for a big radio aerial it has red lights on it, then drive to the top of the hill and then you will see the liberator monster truck if it isn't there then drive around a bit then come back it will eventually be there(this is a non customisable vehicle)
