Jump around huge code bases in Emacs without LSP or TAGS

dumb-jump lets you navigate large code bases fast and without LSP or a TAGS file. The "dumb" jumper takes the right turn most of the time. I'll show it off on #java, #c and #bash code. Update: The reason it couldn't find the first Java class I tried it on, ConfiguredValidator, was that this *wasn't* a class in the repo.
