Removing power cord on a Badger 500 Garbage Disposal

I am not an electrician by any means. But I did stay at a holiday inn last night. Anyway, i saw a video talk about how to remove the black casing from the old disposal by using tin snips. But I didn’t see other videos talk about how to remove the wires from the casing. Turns out it’s pretty simple. If my video helps just one person, it will have been worth it. Lol.
