黃金馬蹄糕 Water Chestnut Cake #賀年糕品 #ChineseLunarNewYearCake **字幕CC Eng. Sub**

🟢材料: 馬蹄粉 100克 馬蹄(荸薺) 140克(淨重) 冰糖 100克 片糖 60克 水 600毫升 🟢做法: 1️⃣ 馬蹄一半切片半切碎。 2️⃣ 用200毫升水把馬蹄粉分次揉搓開成漿狀。 3️⃣ 冰糖片糖加400毫升水煮溶,轉小火,把1/3馬蹄粉漿邊攪拌邊加入糖水中。 4️⃣ 把(步驟3)的馬蹄漿趁熱撞入餘下2/3的馬蹄漿中,用力拌勻,加入馬蹄再拌勻。 5️⃣ 糕盤掃油,倒入馬蹄漿,水滾下鍋,大火蒸20至25分鐘。 🟢Ingredients: Water Chestnut Flour - 100g Water Chestnuts -140g (peeled net weight) Rock Sugar -100g Slab Sugar - 60g Water - 600ml 🟢Cooking Directions: 1️⃣ Cut half of the water chestnuts into slices and the other half chop into small pieces. 2️⃣ Gradually mix the water chestnut flour with 200ml of water to form a paste. 3️⃣ Melt the rock sugar and slab sugar with 400ml of water, then reduce to low heat. Add 1/3 of the water chestnut paste to the sugar water mixture while stirring continuously. 4️⃣ Pour the mixture from step 3 into the remaining 2/3 of the water chestnut paste while it is still hot. Mix well and add the water chestnut pieces. 5️⃣ Grease a cake pan and pour the mixture into it.
