Chinese sellers manipulate and put in fake descriptions. In the end, you may of course open a dispute, and by sending them some proof that it does not work - you may get a money refund (at least partial), which is a way I strongly recommend to go. Also, later I plan to remanufacture this turbine, by changing a generator, as the factory-provided one has 3-4watts output at its max. The inverter is great, btw.
