Easy Homemade Lasagna Recipe | Freezer Friendly Meals

The First Time I had Lasagna/ Lasagne was in High School, and I've been a fan ever since! That day it was paired with a garden salad, topped with crunchy garlic croutons!!! Oh, it was absolutely delicious! Today, I am recreating the same meal....I enjoyed it and I know you will too! Don't keep all these amazing recipes to yourself!!! :) FOR 4 SERVINGS - You will need- Ground Beef and Ground Pork- about 1 pound combined Black Pepper- to taste (I used about 1 tablespoon ) 2 large onions About 10 cloves of garlic 3 large tomatoes About 5 tablespoons of tomato paste 2 teaspoons of dried rosemary (or more) 1 teaspoon of my all purpose seasoning (recipe on my blog) or seasoning of choice about 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley 1/2 cup of oil About 10 no cook lasagna sheets (the amount will depend on the brand you purchase)- I purchase mine at Shoprite (Accra, Ghana) 2-3 cups of grated mozzarella cheese For the Bechemel (white sauce) you will need- 2 tablespoons of butter 1 tablespoon of flour 3/4 - 1 cup of warm milk SIDE SALAD- Any veggies or dressing of choice; topped with garlic croutons MY GARLIC CROUTONS RECIPE-https://wp.me/pc4E73-6g Oven temp- 200° or meduim to low heat You will Love these recipes too!
