There are three optimal parties to select for completing a Lowest Level Possible run of Final Fantasy (NES), offering the chance to reach and defeat Chaos at Level 9- 2 Knights, Ninja, Red Wizard 2 Knights, Ninja, Black Wizard Knight, Ninja, Red Wizard, Black Wizard By using the last party, you can get the idea for the first two, and develop your own ideas for a strategy trying this with just about any party.
