Sous Vide Turkey Breast - Applewood (Liquid) Smoked

Sous vide is really the perfect way to cook a turkey tenderloin or turkey breast! It guarantees the perfect temperature every time. For many in the U.S. and Canada, turkey is only once or twice a year but I actually love it throughout the year. In this recipe I keep it classic with the regular herbs of thyme, rosemary and sage, but also add a few drops of applewood liquid smoke to give the turkey a nice hint of smoke. Living in a small space limits my ability to have a smoker, but the liquid smoke is a great way to add the smokey flavor to a wide variety of foods.
