Stink Bugs (aka Stink Beetles) As Pets?

In this video I explain how stink bugs can be kept as pets. They won't release stink chemicals unless you push them hard or step on them. For food I feed them apple slices or orange slices cut in half. They are very gentle creatures and are entertaining to watch. I live in California, so I don't know if these types of beetles occur in other areas of the world.
