Truly Gigantic Historic Redwoods: They Dwarfed General Sherman-The Giant Sequoia

This is the third part in my series on giant trees of the past. Apologies as I ate before this and needed to use a napkin ! Today the General Sherman sequoia is the largest tree in the world but back when they were first logging redwoods there were trees that dwarfed the giant sequoias.I have good slides to go with my talk. I make an error around when I speak about football fields and say cubic feet when I mean square feet.
