He was joined by Cyril (bass), Dim (guitar - ex Tapes), Charly (drums) and Enrique (keyboards). The interpretation then took a rockier turn in the spirit of bands like Interpol, Placebo... departing from the EP's original atmosphere. The band played a few concerts in this formation until the departure of Charly, who was quickly replaced by Julien (then drummer with Sly Sugar), who brought a new groove to the group. TSD then found its line-up and played a series of concerts on the island's rock stages (Le Toit, La Cerise, Studio TIC, Le Latino, le passage du Chat Blanc, Les Toiles Noires, Vavanguart...), the Cité des Arts in 2022, and especially for the TIC SHOW in 2023 alongside Kanasèl, Dust, Taba and the Madagascan group Loharano on the Palaxa stage. At the end of 2023, Julien left the group to pursue new professional and artistic horizons in mainland France. Today, with Austin (Imposter) on vocals, Dim (ex. Tapes) on guitar, Saphir (ex. Minibar, ex. The Uncool) on bass and, more recently, Romain (Kanasèl) on drums, the band offers compositions with atmospheric mid-tempos around Austin's hypnotic vocals, navigating between Rock and Pop, with a touch of electronica and shoegaze. The Sorry Dead s'est formé en 2017 à la Réunion autour d'Austin Kehoe, ancien chanteur des Winter Kings (Irlande), qui recherche alors des musiciens pour interpréter live un album electro rock auto produit. Il est alors rejoint par Cyril (Bass), Dim (guitar - ex Tapes), Charly (drums) et Enrique (Keyboards). L'interprétation prend alors un virage plus rock dans l'esprit de groupe comme Interpol, Placebo... s'écartant ainsi de l'atmosphère d'origine de l'EP. Le groupe donne quelques concerts dans cette formation jusqu'au départ de Charly, très vite remplacé par Julien (alors batteur de Sly Sugar) qui apporte un nouveau groove à la formation. TSD trouve alors son line-up et enchaîne les concerts sur les scènes rock de l'île (Le Toit, La Cerise, Studio TIC, Le Latino, le passage du Chat Blanc, Les Toiles Noires, Vavanguart...), la Cité des Arts en 2022 , et surtout pour le TIC SHOW de 2023 aux côtés de Kanasèl, Dust, Taba et le groupe malgache Loharano sur la scène du Palaxa. Fin 2023, Julien quitte le groupe pour s'envoler vers de nouveaux horizons professionnels et artistiques en métropole. Composé aujourd'hui d'Austin (Imposter) au chant, Dim (ex. Tapes) à la guitare, Saphir (ex. Minibar, ex. The Uncool) à la basse et depuis peu Romain (Kanasèl) à la batterie, le groupe propose des compositions aux mids tempos atmosphériques autour du chant hypnotique d'Austin, naviguant entre Rock et Pop, avec une touche électronique et shoegaze.
