Sweet, naughty Carly is looking for her perfect forever!

12 weeks old Carly is an extremely sweet and fiesty girl, who is intelligent beyond imagination. Carly was part of a hoarding confiscation in Texas, and had a very rough beginning. She and her sister Cassie ended up being the only survivors from their litter. Carly is very playful and super loving. She figures out stuff as soon as she sees it - you have to only tell her something once, and she will get it. That does not mean she will listen, but she knows what you mean!!! Yes, she has a mind of her own, and she is extremely bright and intelligent. She goes everywhere with her foster mom and she is very well behaved all the time in public. She does not jump on strangers, but she does need obedience training to behave the same way at home. She is very velcro and would like to be around her human at all times. She also loves to roughhouse with her foster siblings. She loves, loves, loves car rides and usually loves to sleep in cars more than she sleeps at home, hence her pictures are mostly from her long drives. For a puppy of her age, she is very reserved in public. But at home, she is very active, and loves to wrestle and rough house with her 80 lb GSD foster brother fearlessly. However, she is also scared of his kitty foster brother and keeps her distance from him. Even though we had her mom (Angela) when we rescued Carly, she didn't quite get her mom's love or training as Angie was not intereted in her babies. Therefore Carly did not learn to stop mouthing, and she loves to get petted from her foster parents whenever she comes to them. Carly will benefit from a home with a second young playful dog to keep up with her energy, and very loving parents who will pet her whenever she comes to them for it. Carly is very good with dogs, cats, and kids. She currently lives in a foster home with three large breed doggies and one curious kitty brother. Carly is current on her shots, kept on heartworm and flea preventative and deworming schedule. She is spayed and microchipped. Carly has all her shots and is now walking outside. She does not have accidents in her crate or in her playpen. She always uses puppy pads. If she is sleeping in her crate at night, she will bark to be let out, that's how smart this girl is. Sweet Carly is being fostered in Texas, but can travel to any state, and even Canada for the right home. Canadian must be able to pick up from the USA side.
