90/90 Switch + External Rotation

- Lay back on a mat with your feet set wide, but pointing forwards. - From here, allow one knee to fall inwards, while the opposite knee falls out (taking care not to twist the internally rotated knee). - Next, while keeping your lower knee pressed into the ground, attempt to open your hips as wide as possible. - Hold this position for a few seconds before returning to the start position and doing the same in the opposite direction. - Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
