Here is a KILLER CHEST workout that's going to give you an INSANE PUMP IN JUST MINUTES. We also train our shoulders and our triceps as well. This is a great push workout and will only take you about 60 minutes. Keep your rest periods around 60 seconds on every exercise and follow this workout exactly how it is written and I guarantee you will have one of the best pumps you have had in a very long time. Here is the full workout and it is Gain Certified!
1) Decline Dumbbell Bench Press 4 Sets x 8-12 reps & 3-4 second negatives!!!. 3rd Set is a Drop Set & 4th Set is a Double Drop Set x Failure!!! (Watch 0:53)
2) Incline Dumbbell Bench Press 4 Sets x 8-12 reps with 2-3 second negatives + Pause Reps . 3rd Set is a Drop Set & 4th Set is a Double Drop Set. (Just Rep Out as many reps as you can on the Drop Sets) (Watch 1:57)
3a) Around The World Dumbbell Flies 3 Sets x 12-15 reps (Perform a Fly but bring the Dumbbells under your chest and squeeze and then bring it in a circular motion behind your head kinda like a pullover and repeat) (Watch 3:29)

3b) Standing Cable Crossovers 3 Sets x Failure!!! (Cross arms over each other and really squeeze your chest!!! (Watch 4:09)
