Valley Vista Services Peterbilt 320 White Pendpac Diesel 463 on green waste

So here we have a 2009 Pendpac that was bought back in 2018 and was driven by the driver I caught in 434 like about 3 weeks ago on the last week of October. Now I was really shocked seeing this White Pendpac since I was on my way to film some Athens but then this truck came out of no where and decided to get a little bit of clips, and this truck was surprising too because it’s not a Bassett/Valinda/South San Jose Hills truck, this truck use to be in Hacienda Heights Mondays and Tuesday’s, Wednesdays it was spare since the driver was in the Mini, Thursday this truck was in Walnut and Friday in Whittier but ever since 463 got repainted it was send to Cypress and it’s a spare down there and doesn’t come out unless a truck breaks down or route is really heavy. Ever since 463 went to Cypress the driver who use to drive it drives a 2014 Peterbilt Dadee Scorpion (467) all week but Wednesday. Also this driver was already on 1 month of route for that week since he took over the green waste route that a driver left for idk what reason and since there was no other driver to take it they gaved the route to Cenovio and his regular truck for now on is 473 a 2021 CCC McNeilus ZR.
