GAC GS3 EMZOOM SUV Launch In Malaysia

The GAC GS3 EMZOOM is available in two variants at launch – Exclusive at RM118,900 and Premium R at RM128,900. Both models are powered by the same 1.5L 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine which outputs 177PS at 5,500rpm and 270Nm of torque between 1,400 and 4,500rpm. Power is sent to the front wheels via a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission. 0-100km/h takes just 8 seconds. This performance puts it ahead of the Proton X50 and Chery Omoda 5 but the difference is marginal. In terms of dimensions it trades blows with those two rival cars as well.
