Optimum Car Wax - Does it really block UV?

Today we will find out if Optimum Car Wax really provides UVA protection. Many of you have asked for this product to be tested. Optimum is unique in that it has patents and it's team has an apparent pedigree in UV protection. If Car Wax manages to provide significant UV protection it will be the first product to ever do so in my testing.
