Bell ringing contraption

This is one of the stranger sights, I've seen on the streets of Bath. Local church bell ringers have got this 'mini bell tower' contraption that is clearly only barely moveable. No idea how they managed to get it here, but I guess it was craned off a low-loader or something. It allows people to give the ropes a tug and ring the little bells in the upper gantry. It was part of a recruitment drive and must rank as one of the most elaborate methods ever used!
