Fresh Watermelon Cake | I Heart Recipes

Hey y’all! This Fresh Watermelon Cake is the perfect dessert for all your upcoming cookouts! https://iheartrecipes.com/fresh-watermelon-cake/ This recipe is a great, no-bake treat for a hot summer day, and it’s healthy, too! Check out my tutorial to see how easy this is to whip up. I’ll show you how to slice the watermelon to use as the base. Spread whipped cream on the top and sides of the watermelon, and top with your choice of fresh fruit. I used kiwi, grapes and blackberries, but you can use whatever your little heart desires! I coated the sides of the cake with sliced almonds, but shredded coconut also works great (in my opinion, even better). I like to let the cake get nice and cold in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving, but you can definitely serve this right away. Fam, your guests will absolutely love this sweet treat!
