Samsung S21 Ultra overheating during Camera usage

It's overheating especially in camera app with camera usage with just make pictures. I measured the surface of the Camera with a Flir thermal imager and it heats up to over 40 degrees. The camera metal cover to the camera bump heats up which is uncomfortable to the touch. You may be consuming too much battery power. I think the zoom camera is one of the strong heat sources as it also has moving parts. And there is no heat pipe under it, just heat paste.
