Create an AWS RDS Postgres Enterprise Geodatabase

In this video we will create an EC2 instance with ArcGIS Pro, an RDS Postgres database with PostGIS, Attach the database to ArcGIS Pro and upgrade it to an Enterprise Geodatabase.
