Skyrim SE PS4 - teleport to not existing cellar and houses

in Dovahkiin Hideout (mod), you have these teleport doors, which lead to all player homes. and i found that you can even get to cellars and houses which havent built yet! :D then you can fall into the void. :) SKYRIM SPECIAL EDITION https://store.playstation.com/#!/de-de/tid=CUSA05486_00
