Wind Turbine Battle Continues, Inspection of Nygard Property by City

THIS VIDEO IS POSTED IN THE SPIRIT OF PROMOTING TRANSPARENCY, WHICH IS ONE OF THE FOREMOST MISSIONS OF THE CURRENT ORONO CITY COUNCIL. -- Orono City Inspector Roger Peitso performed an inspection as to whether or not the Nygards complied with the judges order in the case. The order is a result of the neighbors suing the city to sue the Nygards. Now Judge Magill of Hennepin County District Court has ruled that it is OK for one neighbor t sue their city to go after another neighbor that they do not like. In other words, Rich people win. We are most definitely appealing this gross abuse of process, but chose to comply for now with the wording of the order as these Hennepin County judges have proven that they would rather punish people than follow the law. I will post a video going over the ruling and how ridiculous it is when I have a clam day.
