In this video I discuss my top key takeaways from Mohnish Pabrai's recent lecture to the students at Boston College. In this part I talk about Pabrai's thoughts on the Chinese tech giant Tencent. Pabrai breaks down the business into a two pronged model to help us understand the business model. I also discuss Pony Ma (Chairman & CEO) and Tencent's history with Naspers, Prosus, and Koos Bekker. In part one of this video series, I covered Pabrai's discussion of competition and the lessons he has learned from Peter Thiel. Competition is for losers, and we should look for dominant businesses.
