The only negative: it has a "floating neutral" (and that makes no sense whatsoever)... it wouldn't normally be an issue, except my HVAC unit "is too smart for its own good." The furnace went into a "polarity / phase fault" until I wire-nutted the neutral to the ground wires together. Once that fix was done, the fault cleared and glorious natural gas heat poured from the ductwork.
