Cable meters

Communication path fault detectors are designed to trace the path of a telephone or power cable, translational networks, water -, gas- and oil pipelines or other metal communications. They also used to estimate the depth of occurrence, detect insulation damage, cable breakages or short circuit failures, and select cables from a bunch in trenches, wells, etc. In the passive search mode (without the generator) the receiver can be used to detect power lines and radio transmission cables.
