GGXRD: Elphelt throw into unblockable reset (Potemkin, 50 tension)

Maybe? Can't jump out, but Potemkin can blitz shield in between.. there's definitely room for improvement. These are like Kokonoe blackhole setups except they actually require execution, they're pretty fun to grind :3 The only problem is there's going to be a *lot* of character specific combos, something I'm not used to yet..
