How To Make Chicken And Mushroom Pot Pies - The Easy Way!

This is a video showing how to make chicken and mushroom pot pies, made with puff pastry these individual pot pies are made using a really easy recipe. I used Campbells cream of mushroom soup and left-over chicken to make these pies as easy as possible. Recipe 250g Cooked chicken 250g Can Sliced Mushrooms 1 Can Campbells Mushroom Soup 1 tsp Onion Powder 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 Fried Onion Ready Made Puff Pastry Salt & Pepper In a bowl mix together the cooked chicken, mushrooms, soup, fried onion, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper and set aside. Unroll the pastry and cut round an upside down dish. Spoon pie filling into dish/dishes and top with pastry. Brush with beaten egg or milk if required.
