NGINX Load Balancer Reverse Proxy Server With Appropriate Security Configurations

So I was assigned/given the below task from a guy who was mentoring me - "Make a load balancing and high availability infrastructure using NGINX as the reverse proxy, with proper logging n monitoring n configure NGINX with appropriate security headers, rate limiting, and access controls to protect against common web application vulnerabilities."
