Step up to the higher level XT model for $27,095 and you can have a turbocharged version of the same engine that outs out 224 horsepower and 226 lb-ft. of torque. This model gets 19 MPG in the city and 24 MPG on the highway, but if you ask any current Subaru Forester XT owner they will tell you the added power is awesome! The interior of the 2012 Subaru Forester XT is quite comfortable. There are options to add a navigation unit and other exterior options if necessary.
