*Procedure:
1. Sauté onions, ginger, and tomatoes. Cover to cook the tomatoes.
2. Add the miso and mix well.
3. Pour the rice water and stir. Cover to boil.
4. Add the okra, labanos, and sinigang sa sampalok mix. Cover and simmer.
5. Taste to adjust if needed.
6. Add the remaining ingredients - talong, siling haba, and the salmon belly strips. Do not mix as the salmon might break. Press down to submerge in the tamarind broth.
7. Lastly, put the mustasa leaves. Cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes.
8. Check then turn off the heat.
9. Serve with steamed rice. Enjoy!
