Update: Why I Still Train Every Day

I started training every day several years ago. Turns out I wasn't actually doing anything special. I was just slightly modifying what was already happening to my body 24/7. The human body is always "training". We just don't always do it on purpose. Training the body is merely the act of using the body purposefully to create a stimulus, nothing more.
