I only ate peas for 3 days and my opinion on peas changed forever. Eating peas only was the last thing on my mind until it was suggested by a viewer. Including peas in you diet is beneficial as peas have plenty health benefits, and maybe even help with weight loss. I didn't do the pea diet for weight loss but I lost weight due to peas being low calorie high volume food. I was intrigued by the protein content of peas and also tried different methods of cooking other than boiling them having microwaved peas. After all I called it the Pea diet as I was only eating peas and avoided condiments and fats for cooking, to not to effects of peas to my hunger, mood and energy levels.
