Arduino GPS Pinwheelnstyle LED Matrix Clock

Arduino Uno linked to 8 MAX7219 8x8 LED modules and a GPS6MV2 GPS receiver module. The GPS module receives the time and TinyGPS++ Arduino library extracts the time. SoftwareSerial.h takes too much processor time and affects the quality of the animation so I use altSoftSerial.h It great but pins D8 and D9 can only be used and PWM on D10 does not work (the PWM timer on pin D10 is used by the altSoftSerial library)
