Hello my friends. Today we are going to study streamline operation and area milling operation. We are going to compare pathways of both operations and review them. At fist, we can start with the define work part. And then we can define the raw material stock dimensions. We generated the tools in the operations. But now I will show you another method. We define the tools separately. This is the method makes your study much faster and useful. Three pieces of tool I am going to define First Diameter 30 flat end radius 1 length 120 Second will be Diameter 20 In this contour milling operation we are not going to define any surface area to machining. We are expecting default area will machining in this area will every seeming surface. As you see, there is no any trouble occurred regarding definition of surfaces. It is worked properly. We can use contour milling operation as rough milling. We are going to select constant. And we define the dimension of the feed as 0,5. This 0,5 will provide us the smooth surface. Replay box provide you to see the pathway of the tool whenever you want to check. Constant fuction is Same as area milling operation. You may also use this function in order to have smooth surfaces. We can easily adjust tool angle. Some of rown we have to delete.
