Are you familiar with these Korean expressions?;1999년생, 몇 학번, 회사원, 집사람, 신랑, and 잘 부탁드립니다.
You can use this video as many things as you want; listening practice, vocab/phrases study, speaking practice, and so on.
The first part has words and expressions you may hear or use frequently in the first meeting situation in Korea or with Koreans, and I added extra cultural aspects too. [having subtitles]
The second part has usual listening practice. You may answer the given question or, make your own question for the given answers, imagining you are having a conversation with someone in the first meeting or interview, etc.
#99년생inkorean: meaning “born in 1999.” Frequently used for mentioning someone’s age. Can be used as an answer for the phrase “몇 년 생?”
#07학번inkorean: meaning “enrolled at university in 2007” Also commonly used for mentioning someone’s age. It’s similar but different from the “class of 07” in English, mentioning the year of graduation. The numbers here read in this way; 공칠(07=2007), 일칠(17=2017), 이삼(23=2023), etc.
#집사람inkorean: mentioning someone’s wife(informal). 안사람 also can be used.
