oracledb Python Library for connecting to Oracle Database

Demo of using pthon-oracledb, the "new" (as of June 2022) Python Library for accessing an Oracle Database. This replaces the cx_Oracle python library. Demo includes examples of connecting to a local Database and to Autonomous Database on Oracle Cloud.
