Additionally it is assumed you have an understanding of Java programming before you begin programming a robot, if you need to learn this you can check out https://www.codecademy.com/catalog/language/java These web-pages are for 2018 but you should be able to find them for your current year on the same website First go here: https://wpilib.screenstepslive.com/s/currentCS/m/getting_started This will be the hub for instructions on how to install the critical components of the programming setup next go to installing eclipse: https://wpilib.screenstepslive.com/s/currentCS/m/getting_started/l/599679-installing-eclipse-c-java follow these instructions to install eclipse and java and the WPILIB plug-in that main hub page has a lot of resources for how to install the components of driverstation and how to flash the router roborio etc. Follow these if you are trying to setup a new robot, otherwise just follow the eclipse installation instructions. Next we will have to install CTREs libraries. These are required for controlling TalonSRX and the VictorSPX follow the instructions at this website: https://github.com/CrossTheRoadElec/Phoenix-Documentation that will walk you through how to install those libraries. Once you have installed eclipse, WPILIB, and CTRE libs you are ready to start these tutorials.
