I had this 10yr old 5KVA generator in the office that had not been used for atleast 7 years now so i decided to take it apart and improve it....the problem with generators are generally the engine because its an internal combustion engine and has many parts out of which one or the other keeps failing...the dynamo part that generates the electricity is simpler and rarely fails...so the idea was to take the dynamo and then rig it differently so that we dont use this engine but rather couple it with any bike in a matter of seconds and then use the bikes power to run the dynamo. let see what happens at the end of this project....either we loose an expensive generator to the spirit of experimentation, or we invent something new that might change the way people make and sell generators. We upload final videos as well as Life and "work in progress" videos. This one is a work in progress video of a project that hopefully will get done successfully and then we can make the video to showcase the DIY.
