Ingredients: 2 Slices of 60 Calorie White Bread, 2 Slices of Fat Free American Cheese, 138g of Egg Beaters, 55g of Deli Ham, 10g Green Onions
Instructions: Mix 138g Egg Beaters, 10g green onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Preheat a skillet to low heat, pour in the egg mixture. While the egg is still wet dip each piece of bread in, then then flip the piece of break over. Let the break soak in the egg mixture while it cooks until the eggs are firm enough to be flipped over. Once the eggs are cooked enough, flip the entire thing over so the egg is laying on top of the bread in the pan. Place a slice of fat-free American cheese and a slice of deli ham on each slice of bread. Fold the egg over the cheese and ham, flip one slice of bread over the other to create a sandwich, and toast for 60-120 seconds on each side. Eat up! 🧑🍳
