Consul Virtual Day 2021: Consul Global Scale Benchmark

The team recently completed a global scale benchmark to test the control plane scalability of Consul, and the results were incredible: 5 Consul servers were able to deliver control plane updates to 172,000+ service instances in under 1 second in a Consul cluster of 10,000 virtual machines.
