Chicco Car Seat Problems

Our Chicco NextFit in Black/Red Fabric. Harness does not pull tight enough to secure our child in his seat. Can only go rear-facing because the Latch clips won't reach the latchpoints in our vehicle. Latch ropes on the NextFit are too short.
